This Privacy Policy explains how Pawlody (“Pawlody,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit pawlody.com(the “Site”) and use our custom pet-song service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

- Details you provide about your pet.When you complete our creation flow, we collect the information you enter — such as your pet’s name, type, personality traits, and the story details used to write your song.
- Contact information. Your email address, which we use to deliver your song and communicate about your order.
- Payment information. If you make a purchase, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles it securely on our behalf.
- Usage & device data. We automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interactions with the Site through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To generate, produce, and deliver your custom pet song.
- To process payments and provide customer support.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Service.
- To measure and improve our marketing, including advertising analytics.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
