These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pawlody.comand the custom pet-song service provided by Pawlody (“Pawlody,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Pawlody creates a personalized, AI-produced song based on the details you provide about your pet. You can preview your song before deciding to purchase. The full song is delivered as a digital audio file (MP3) after purchase.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. By using the Service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to submit it.
Pricing and payment
Creating and previewing a song is free. If you choose to unlock the full song, the price is $29.99 USD (unless otherwise stated at checkout). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in US dollars unless noted otherwise.
Refunds
Our refund and satisfaction guarantee is described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Your content and license
You keep ownership of the details and story you submit about your pet. You grant us a limited license to use that information to generate and deliver your song. Once you have purchased a song, you may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes — play it, share it with friends and family, and keep it forever.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Intellectual property
The Site, its design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Pawlody and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
AI-generated output
Songs are produced using AI music technology guided by your input. Because each song is generated, results may vary in style and quality. If you’re not happy with your song, our Refund Policy applies.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawlody will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
