We want you to love your pet’s song. This Refund Policy explains our satisfaction guarantee and how to request a refund.
Preview before you pay
Creating and previewing your song is completely free. You only pay if you decide to unlock the full version — so you always know what you’re getting before you spend anything.
Our satisfaction guarantee
If you’re not 100% happy with your purchased song, here’s what we’ll do:
- Free revision.Tell us what you’d like changed and we’ll create a new version for you at no extra cost.
- Full refund.If it’s still not right after a revision, we’ll give you a full refund of your purchase.
How to request a refund
Email us at team@pawlody.com within 14 daysof your purchase. Include the email address you used at checkout and, if possible, your pet’s name so we can find your order quickly.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
